Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar and the Engineering program departments work closely together in matters that relate to Engineering undergraduates. The Office coordinates enrolment and registration; the scheduling of courses and exams; student records; transfers; re-enrolments; petitions and appeals; and graduation.
Within the Office of the Registrar is the
First Year Office in GB 170, which offers academic counselling to first year students, and the
Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office (located in GB 153), which manages the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.
The best way to contact the Office of the Registrar is in person. All general
email inquiries will be answered within 2-3 business days; however, during peak periods the response time may be longer. Also, phone calls to the Office during peak hours may not be answered if student services representatives are assisting in-person inquiries. For office hours and contact information for the Office of the Registrar, please see the
About section.
Students are expected to check their email address regularly for important notices from the Office of the Registrar. Please
