Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering:
Office of the Registrar For Undergraduate Students
The Office of the Registrar and the Engineering program departments work closely together in matters that relate to Engineering undergraduates. The Office coordinates enrolment and registration; the scheduling of courses and exams; student records; transfers; re-enrolments; petitions and appeals; and graduation.
Within the Office of the Registrar is the First Year Office , which offers academic counselling to first year students, and the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office (located in GB 153), which manages the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.
Email is the best way to contact the Office of the Registrar. All general email inquiries will be answered within 2-3 business days; however, during peak periods the response time may be longer. Also, phone calls to the Office during peak hours may not be answered, so please use email whenever possible to correspond with the Office.
Students are expected to check their email address regularly for important notices from the Office of the Registrar. Please click here to learn more about the University's official correspondence policy.
The Office of the Registrar also offers limited services for alumni such as Degree or Registration Verification for employers or third parties.
